Isa 2:12 For the day of YahuahTseva’oth shall be upon everyone that is proud and lofty, and upon everyone that is lifted up, and he shall be brought low:
The Day of Yahuah is the judgment of Yahuah on all the nations of the Earth including Israel. It is not a 24-hour day. It is the epoch of time of the judgment of Yahuah on the inhabitants of planet Earth. It is the time marked by the appearance of the Beast and the False Prophet and their escapades along with the judgments of God detailed in the Book of Revelation, the seals, trumpets, thunders, and bowls, which include World War 3, and the war in heaven.
Outside of the Book of Revelation the Day of Yahuah is mentioned and described in most of the Books of the Bible. We will look at Isaiah, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Zephaniah, Ezekiel, Luke, and maybe a few others in this post. The truth is, this is such a significant event on God’s calendar you can find references to it all throughout the Bible. It is a day of darkness, a day of judgment, a day not to be desired. God takes no pleasure in dealing out His Righteous Judgment.
The Day of Yahuah will be upon Israel for their rebellion against Yahuah. It will be upon Israel’s neighboring nations for the way they have treated Israel since the time they went down to Egypt to sojourn up until the present day. It will be upon all the inhabitants of the Earth for the wickedness done to one another throughout the history of the human race and for our rebellion against our Maker.
We will briefly look at each of those judgments as God rises to shake terribly the Earth. The Earth will be turned upside down and there will be relatively few survivors. Let’s just take a look at those scriptures, to begin with.
Part 1.
The Shaking of the Earth
Isa 24:1BEHOLD, Yahuah makes the earth empty, and makes it waste, and turns it upside down, and scatters abroad the inhabitants thereof.
Isa 24:2And it shall be, as with the people, so with the priest; as with the servant, so with his adoniy; as with the maid, so with her mistress; as with the buyer, so with the seller; as with the lender, so with the borrower; as with the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him.
Isa 24:3The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for Yahuah has spoken this word.
Isa 24:4The earth mourns and fades away, the world languishes and fades away, the haughty people of the earth do languish.
Isa 24:5The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the Torah, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.
Isa 24:6Therefore has the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.
Isaiah 24 continues to describe what is happening to planet Earth during this time.
Isa 24:19The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly.
Isa 24:20The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again.
The turning of the Earth upside down does not get enough attention. This could simply be a polar shift or God could literally rotate the Earth 180° where everything in the northern hemisphere is in the southern hemisphere and vice versa. That would actually explain why God says every mountain and every hill will flee away.
Both cases, a polar shift or a 180° rotation, would explain many of the strange things described in the Book of Revelation. The prolonged darkness, the extreme heat, all the cities of the Earth falling, the four angels holding back all the winds, every mountain and every hill fleeing away, etc. would all occur as a result of a polar shift or if God literally turns the world upside down.
In either case, when God says He is going to turn the world upside down, we need to take Him at His Word. God does not just say things to impress people. God does not exaggerate. God says exactly what He means. Whether to take it literally or metaphorically needs to be determined by context and supporting scripture.
In the event of a polar shift during the Day of Yahuah, the protection of the magnetosphere and ionosphere from solar winds would be significantly reduced.
A significant reduction in Earth’s magnetosphere and ionosphere would have profound and complex effects on the environment and various Earth systems. The magnetosphere and ionosphere play critical roles in protecting the planet from the solar wind, providing a shield against charged particles and electromagnetic radiation from the Sun. If these protective layers were significantly weakened or disrupted, several environmental changes could occur:
-
Atmospheric Escape: A weakened magnetosphere and ionosphere could lead to increased loss of atmospheric gases into space due to the impact of the solar wind. This loss of gases, including hydrogen and helium, could alter the composition of Earth’s atmosphere potentially affecting climate and atmospheric chemistry.
-
Radiation Exposure: The reduction of the magnetosphere and ionosphere’s protective effects would expose Earth’s surface and atmosphere to higher levels of solar and cosmic radiation. This increased radiation exposure could have health implications for living organisms, including an increased risk of genetic mutations and potential harm to ecosystems.
-
Atmospheric Chemistry: The ionosphere influences the chemistry and composition of the upper atmosphere. A reduction in the ionosphere’s effectiveness could lead to changes in the distribution of ions and radicals, potentially impacting processes like ozone formation and destruction.
We have already seen the effects of ozone destruction on surface temperatures. Isaiah 24:6 above says “therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left”.
Here is another prophecy of the Day of Yahuah which says those things and more.
Isa 13:6 Howl ye; for the day of Yahuah is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from ElShaddai.
Isa 13:9Behold, the day of Yahuah comes, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.
Isa 13:10For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine.
Isa 13:11And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.
Isa 13:12I will make a man more precious than fine gold; even a man than the golden wedge of Ophiyr.
Isa 13:13Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of Yahuah Tseva’oth, and in the day of his fierce anger
A loss of atmosphere would affect luminescence or a darkening of the sun. Along with the Earth removing from its place, moving further from the sun would also reduce luminescence. Although the loss of luminescence from those events would not account for the severity described in the scriptures it would be a contributing factor. If we want to understand how the things written in the Book of Revelation could take place, we need to seriously think about what God says He is going to do.
The Earth will reel to and fro like a drunkard, the Earth shall remove out of her place, He will turn it upside down and it will fall and not rise again. This is the time that God will shake the Earth. The planet itself will tremble in fear along with all the inhabitants when Yahuah arises from His throne Jud 1:15To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.
That quote from Jude is also a quote from Enoch, the seventh generation of Adam prophesying of this coming judgment. Also from Isaiah from some time around 740-700 BCE, and from Jesus in Luke around 26 CE and from the Book of Revelation around the end of the first century CE.
Isaiah
Isa 2:19And they shall go into the holes of the rocks, and into the caves of the earth, for fear of Yahuah, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth
Isa 2:21To go into the clefts of the rocks, and into the tops of the ragged rocks, for fear of Yahuah, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.
Luke
Luk 23:28But Jesus turning unto them said, Daughters of Jerusalem, weep not for me, but weep for yourselves, and for your children.
Luk 23:29For, behold, the days are coming, in the which they shall say, Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bare, and the paps which never gave suck.
Luk 23:30Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us.
Luk 23:31For if they do these things in a green tree, what shall be done in the dry?
Revelation
Rev 6:12And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;
Rev 6:13And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.
Rev 6:14And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.
Rev 6:15And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;
Rev 6:16And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:
Rev 6:17For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?
Isa 34:8 For it is the day of Yahuah’s vengeance and the year of recompenses for the controversy of Tsiyon. (Zion)
The Day of Yahuah is much more than just environmental and ecological judgments delivered upon the pride of mankind. There is justice incorporated into the judgments for the crimes of humanity against those who have sought to love and serve God in spite of the wickedness of man.
Part 2.
The Judgment Upon Israel and Judah
Jer 30:11For I am with you, says Yahuah, to save you: though I make a full end of all nations whither I have scattered you, yet will I not make a full end of you: but I will correct you in measure, and will not leave you altogether unpunished.
The nation of Israel, both the northern kingdom of Israel and the southern kingdom of Judah, has been under judgment for over 2,600 years and it is not over yet.
Jer 30:12For thus says Yahuah, Your bruise is incurable, and your wound is grievous.
Jer 30:13There is none to plead your cause, that you may be bound up: you have no healing medicines.
Jer 30:14All your lovers have forgotten you; they seek you not; for I have wounded you with the wound of an enemy, with the chastisement of a cruel one, for the multitude of your iniquity; because your sins were increased.
Jer 30:15Why criest thou for thine affliction? thy sorrow is incurable for the multitude of thine iniquity: because thy sins were increased, I have done these things unto thee.
The occupation of Israel by foreign powers could have ended when Yahusha, aka Jesus, began to teach. His first teaching was a call to the nation of Israel to repent and believe the message that He was bringing. His first message was this, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel“.
The rightful King of Israel was in the land and no power in Heaven or Earth could displace Him. Unfortunately for Israel, they did not know Him, they did not receive Him, they did not believe Him, and they did not understand their own writings that told of the time of His coming. Their release from the burden of foreign powers was going to have to wait.
Luk 13:34O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not!
Luk 13:35Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.
For fun, let’s just do a little math! Yahusha, aka Jesus, was born in 4 BCE. He began to teach when He was about 30 years old. That puts it at 26 CE. This year (the year that I am writing this) is 2023. Subtract 26 from 2023 and you get 1997. That was 1,997 years ago. Just 3 more years and that will make an even 2000.
If we back up two verses from Luke 13:34-35 quoted above, let’s see what Yahusha is telling us in Luke 13:32-33.
Luk 13:31The same day there came certain of the Pharisees, saying unto him, Get thee out, and depart hence: for Herod will kill thee.
Luk 13:32And he said unto them, Go ye, and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out devils, and I do cures today and tomorrow, and the thirdday I shall be perfected.
Luk 13:33Nevertheless I must walk today, and tomorrow, and thedayfollowing: for it cannot be that a prophet perish out of Jerusalem.
Before He breaks the bad news to Israel, Jerusalem in particular, Yahusha is prophesying of the time of the beginning of the kingdom of God and of the 1000 years of peace that will follow. Using the interpretation of 1000 years as a day and a day as 1000 years, in verse 32 Yahusha is saying that for the next 2000 years He will cast out devils, and do cures and then for the following 1000 years His kingdom will begin and grow to completion. In verse 33 He repeats his prophecy saying it is a 3000 year process.
It is a fool’s errand to try to set exact dates on prophecy, but ballparking is allowed. 1Thessolanians 5:2-4For yourselves know perfectly that the day of Yahuah so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
In ballpark numbers, THE TIME IS FULFILLED, THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS AT HAND. REPENT AND BELIEVE THE GOSPEL.
The nation of Israel will once again lose its sovereignty. The Beast and the False Prophet will tread them down along with the rest of the Earth. They will make a seven-year treaty with Israel allowing them religious freedom but at the 3½ year mark, they will break the treaty.
During the Day of Yahuah, in the final 3½ years, there will be persecution in Israel, unlike any previous persecution.
Rev 12:12 …Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
Rev 12:13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.
The Day of Yahuah is upon all the inhabitants of the Earth including Israel. But unlike the rest of the nations of the Earth, Israel will emerge from the Day of Yahuah as the last nation standing.
Jer 30:16Therefore all they that devour thee shall be devoured; and all thine adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity; and they that spoil thee shall be a spoil, and all that prey upon thee will I give for a prey.
Jer 30:17For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith Yahuah; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after.
I have written at length about persecution of Israel in other posts so I will not go into the details of the persecution here. My purpose in writing about the judgment of Israel during the Day of Yahuah is to inform the reader that no one escapes the Day of Yahuah. When the Day of Yahuah comes that generation will go through it, believers and unbelievers. We need to teach them what is coming and how God will care for those who must endure it. 2Pe 2:9The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:
- There are those elect and faithful who will die at the hands of the AntiChrist.
- Rev 14:13And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.
- And there are those elect and faithful who will be hidden.
- Isa 26:20Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment until the indignation be overpast.
- Psa 83:2For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head.
- Psa 83:3They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones.
- Psa 83:4They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.
- Rev 12:6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.
- Rev 12:14And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
I hope to write a post on how God will care for His elect during the Day of Yahuah. There will not be a rapture, but there will be those whom God has ordained to be martyrs and there will be those whom God will allow to survive through His supernatural protection.
- Zep 2:3 Seek ye Yahuah, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought his judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall be hid in the day of Yahuah’s anger.
The nation of Israel will suffer the indignation of God along with the rest of the world. But those who are faithful to the end will be saved.
Jer 46:28Fear thou not, O Jacob my servant, saith the LORD: for I am with thee; for I will make a full end of all the nations whither I have driven thee: but I will not make a full end of thee, but correct thee in measure; yet will I not leave thee wholly unpunished.
Part 3
The Judgment on Israel’s Neighbors
In the Book of Zephaniah Yahuah begins to describe his judgments on those who have been the perpetual enemies of Israel. Using Israel as ground zero, He spirals out from Israel describing present-day enemies that he will overthrow.
Zep 2:4For Gaza shall be forsaken, and Ashkelon a desolation: they shall drive out Ashdod at the noon day, and Ekron shall be rooted up.
Zep 2:5Woe unto the inhabitants of the sea coast, the nation of the Cherethites! the word of the LORD is against you; O Canaan, the land of the Philistines, I will even destroy thee, that there shall be no inhabitant.
Zep 2:6And the sea coast shall be dwellings and cottages for shepherds and folds for flocks.
In Zephaniah 2:5, the verse mentions a region called “the land of the Philistines.” The Philistines were an ancient people who lived in the southern coastal region of what is now modern-day Israel and the Gaza Strip. The people we call Palestinians are the ancient Philistines. The modern-day equivalents of the “land of the Philistines” would include cities and areas in this region, which include:
-
Gaza Strip: The Gaza Strip is a Palestinian territory along the eastern Mediterranean coast. It is located in the southern part of modern Israel and the southwestern part of modern-day Israel. Gaza City is the largest city in the Gaza Strip.
-
Southern Coastal Region of Israel: This includes cities and regions in southern Israel along the Mediterranean coast, such as Ashkelon, Ashdod, and the surrounding areas.
Moving further out from the center, Yahuah describes His overthrow of Moab and Ammon which are modern-day Jordon saying it will become a perpetual desolation, never to be inhabitated again.
Zep 2:8I have heard the reproach of Moab, and the revilings of the children of Ammon, whereby they have reproached my people, and magnified themselves against their border.
Zep 2:9Therefore as I live, saith Yahuah of hosts, the God of Israel, Surely Moab shall be as Sodom, and the children of Ammon as Gomorrah, even the breeding of nettles, and saltpits, and a perpetual desolation: the residue of my people shall spoil them, and the remnant of my people shall possess them.
Zep 2:10This shall they have for their pride, because they have reproached and magnified themselves against the people of Yahuah of hosts.
Zep 2:11Yahuah will be terrible unto them: for he will famish all the gods of the earth; and men shall worship him, everyone from his place, even all the isles of the heathen.
Moving further out, Yahuah says he will slay the Ethiopians, which would certainly include modern-day Sudan and Ethiopia and likely much more of northern Africa. He also says He will destroy Assyria and Nineveh which would be modern-day Syria at a minimum.
Zep 2:12Ye Ethiopians also, ye shall be slain by my sword.
Zep 2:13And he will stretch out his hand against the north, and destroy Assyria; and will make Nineveh a desolation, and dry like a wilderness.
Although the Book of Zephaniah leaves off listing individual nations at this point it by no means is the end of the list. Zephaniah just pulls back and tells the larger picture.
Zep 3:6I have cut off the nations: their towers are desolate; I made their streets waste, that none passeth by: their cities are destroyed, so that there is no man, that there is none inhabitant.
Zep 3:8Therefore wait ye upon me, saith Yahuah, until the day that I rise up to the prey: for my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even all my fierce anger: for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy.
Part 4
The Judgment Upon the Whole Earth
In the last verse above, Zephaniah 3:8, we see a reference to the three emotions that are driving the Day of Yahuah, indignation, anger, and jealousy.
This trifecta is in stark contrast to how the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is commonly characterized. The Bible is replete with references to God’s love, patience, long-suffering, kindness, tenderness, and mercy. But from the beginning God has made no bones about being a jealous God.
Everyone has heard of the Ten Commandments. The list starts off with this one…
-
And God spake all these words, saying,
Exo 20:2I am Yahuah thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
Exo 20:3Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
Exo 20:4Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:
Exo 20:5Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I, Yahuah thy God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
Exo 20:6And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
There are also a few other things that everyone should know and understand that God is jealous for.
- Eze 39:25 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Now will I bring again the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel, and will be jealous for my holy name;
- Joe 2:18 Then will Yahuah be jealous for his land, and pity his people
- Zec 1:14 So the angel that communed with me said unto me, Cry thou, saying, Thus saith Yahuah of hosts; I am jealous for Jerusalem and for Zion with a great jealousy.
As I said at the beginning of Part 2, The Judgment Upon Israel and Judah, the nation of Israel, both the northern kingdom of Israel and the southern kingdom of Judah, has been under judgment for over 2,600 years. We have watched Israel suffer for 2600 years and yet the world still does not get it.
Everyone should have been paying attention to what God has done to His chosen people because of their refusal to bow before Him and worship Him instead of lifeless, useless idols.
Now please pay close attention because I am going to explain to you what you need to know and learn from Israel’s example. Because if we do not repent, we, the Human Race will bring about the Day of Yahuah. If we do not change very soon, this prophecy in Jeremiah which occurs two times in the Book of Jeremiah will be fulfilled.
-
Jer 30:11 For I am with thee, saith Yahuah, to save thee: though I make a full end of all nations whither I have scattered thee, yet will I not make a full end of thee: but I will correct thee in measure, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished.
Jer 46:28 Fear thou not, O Jacob my servant, saith Yahuah: for I am with thee; for I will make a full end of all the nations whither I have driven thee: but I will not make a full end of thee, but correct thee in measure; yet will I not leave thee wholly unpunished.
God has determined to make Jerusalem a ‘burdensome stone’ in the Earth. God has determined to use Jerusalem as the reason to gather all the nations of the Earth to the Middle East for World War 3. The prophecies of this event are very clear. There is no need for interpretation. God states it clearly and straightforwardly. He has also stated quite clearly in the verses in Jeremiah above what will be the result of that war. This WILL happen. But there is hope for this generation if we repent. So let’s look at Israel to see what went wrong and learn.
In the biblical narrative, the failures of Israel are recounted throughout the Old Testament. The people of Israel, despite being chosen by God and given His guidance, often fell into disobedience, idolatry, and various sins. Here are some recurring themes in the failures of Israel:
-
-
Complaining and Lack of Faith:
- The Israelites often complained and grumbled, expressing a lack of faith in God’s provision and guidance. This was evident during their journey in the wilderness after the exodus from Egypt.
-
Failure to Trust God in Times of Crisis:
- During times of crisis or when facing powerful enemies, Israel sometimes failed to trust in God for deliverance. Instead, they sought alliances with other nations or relied on their own strength.
-
Disobedience to God’s Commands:
- Israel repeatedly failed to obey God’s commandments and statutes. This disobedience often manifested in various forms, including neglecting the Sabbath, breaking the covenant, and engaging in immoral practices.
-
Rejection of God’s Leadership:
- Despite having leaders appointed by God, namely judges, the Israelites rejected their leadership and wanted an earthly king like other nations. This rejection of God’s leadership eventually resulted in the loss of their sovereignty.
-
Violating Covenant Promises:
- Israel repeatedly violated the covenant they had with God. The covenant, established at Mount Sinai, outlined the terms of their relationship with God, including obedience to His commands. Israel’s failure to uphold their end of the covenant had consequences.
-
Idolatry:
- One of the most significant failures of Israel was turning away from the worship of the true God and engaging in idolatry. The worship of false gods and idols was a recurring theme, leading to God’s displeasure and warnings through prophets.
-
Adopting the Practices of Surrounding Nations:
- Israel sometimes succumbed to the cultural influences of the nations around them, adopting pagan practices, rituals, and lifestyles that were contrary to God’s commands.
-
Social Injustice:
- The prophets often rebuked Israel for social injustice, including mistreating the poor, widows, and orphans. Failure to uphold God’s standards of justice and compassion contributed to their spiritual decline.
-
As you can see, God judged those whom He had chosen out of the Earth to be a people for Himself. But any of the eight failures above could be applied to each of us or all of us, meaning the entire Human Race, not just Israel.
Now This is the Sum of It
Since the time of Jesus Christ, whose name in Hebrew is Yahusha HaMaschiach, the Gospel of Peace with God through faith in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, has been preached throughout ALL THE EARTH so that men are without excuse. In the final generation, the WORD will go out again through all the Earth just as Jesus predicted in Matthew 24:14.
Mat 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
The New Covenant, established by the blood of Jesus, is for all people, Jews and Gentiles, so no man can say it was not for him.
So what did we learn from Israel’s failures, because now our failures must also be judged?
1Pe 4:17For the time has come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begins at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?
1Pe 4:18And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?
Here is what we have learned from Israels’ failures.
- God has set standards for moral behavior based on His commandments.
- God is a jealous God and will judge those who turn to worship other gods.
- God will judge a nation whose people do not show compassion without partiality to the poor, the fatherless, widows, and immigrants/sojourners in their land.
- God requires a covenant relationship with humans. We must enter into the New Covenant with Him to obtain salvation.
- God requires His people to reject this present evil age and walk in His ways while on this Earth.
For 2,600 years the world witnessed the judgment of God on Israel. Our turn has arrived. The time is fulfilled, the Kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe the gospel.
This is the only hope of our generation
The Day of Yahuah is upon us. There is virtually nothing scripturally standing in the way of fulfilling these prophecies. As I have written previously in other posts, this is a generational time frame. There is a single generation in which the beast that rises up from the sea will tread down the entire Earth. This generation will see the prophecies in the Book of Revelation from chapter 4 through chapter 19 fulfilled. The Day of Yahuah is another description of those same judgments upon the Earth.
This could easily be that generation, we have the technology now to fulfill all the prophecies. The Euphrates River is drying up. Our guided missiles are the arrows that never return in vain. The World Bank and the IMF are working on Digital Currencies/Crypto Currencies to replace the Dollar as the World standard. Digital currency will replace all world currencies to stabilize international commerce and become the only currency, eventually containing the Mark of the Beast. The major militaries of the world are now producing AI soldiers to fight their battles. Boston Dynamics is leading this tech. You can learn about it here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8pCB8b201w These AI soldiers are described in Joel 2. These are the scriptures I want you to read and understand.
Joe 2:1BLOW ye the shofar in Tsiyon,(Zion) and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of Yahuah comes, for it is nigh at hand;
Joe 2:2A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there has not been ever the like, neither shall be anymore after it, even to the years of many generations.
Joe 2:3A fire devours before them; and behind them a flame burns: the land is as the Garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them.
Joe 2:4The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run.
Joe 2:5Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devours the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array.
Joe 2:6Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness.
Joe 2:7They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march everyone on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks:
Joe 2:8Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk everyone in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded.
Joe 2:9They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief.
Joe 2:10 The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining:
Joe 2:11 And Yahuah shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executes his word: for the day of Yahuahis great and very terrible; and who can abide it?

As you can see we either have, or will have shortly, everything in place to fulfill the prophecies.
Now here is the good news! These are the very next verses in Joel chapter 2.
Joe 2:12 Therefore also now, says Yahuah, turn ye even to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning:
Joe 2:13 And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto El־Yahuah Elohaykem: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repents of the evil.
Joe 2:14 Who knows if he will return and repent, and leave a blessing behind him; even an oblation and a drink offering unto Yahuah Elohaykem?
From the time that Joel was written until now, the only generation those last three verses
could have possibly been written to is THIS GENERATION!
Never before was it possible to fulfill Joel 2:1-11 because the technology did not exist. Therefore Joel 2:12-14 was written to us.
Make no mistake, the Day of Yahuah will come.
But God is giving US the chance to repent so that it does not come upon THIS generation.
I believe one of the greatest compliments the scriptures have given to anyone in the Bible was given to David. The scriptures say David was a man after God’s own heart.
1Sa 13:14 But now your kingdom (Saul’s kingdom) shall not continue: Yahuah has sought him a man after his own heart, and Yahuah has commanded him to be captain over his people, because you have not guarded את that which Yahuah commanded you.
Act 13:22 And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Yishai, a man after my own heart, which shall fulfill all my will.
It was said of David, he is a man who fulfilled all the will of God in his generation.
We cannot change the past and we cannot control the future, but we can do the WILL OF GOD IN OUR GENERATION.
I believe Joel 2:12-14 was written to OUR GENERATION. I believe that Joel 2:12-14 is the will of God for our generation.
The time is fulfilled, the kingdom of God is at hand, repent, and believe the Gospel.
